Breathe

May all beings find peace within themselves and on Earth.

May the salt of our bodies through our tears, sweat and juicy laughter nourish the seeds of all hearts.

May we find the strength to stay centered even when our vision/perception is blurry.

May each space we enter be more beautiful when we leave it.

May we release, with a blessing, all that is ready to be released with ease and grace.

May we face each day and each moment with hope and look forward to miracles sprouting effortlessly from the peace filled source of our beings.

May our hearts be nourished.

May harmony swirl and flow all around and within us.

May we  see and seek the beauty in ourselves and all beings.  

May we rise in gratitude and trust, crating each day a symphony of harmony, peace, love and compassion.

May all beings be healthy and free.

May all beings know and experience love unconditionally.

May all our relations be blessed and know respect.
